Striker John Sutton capped an impressive performance against St. Mirren on Saturday with a goal, but his success stalled on the racetrack!

The squad were given a day off after coming from behind with ten men against the Paisley side to secure their fifth win in six games, and spent the day racing each other with a day of Go-karting.

The former Motherwell man netted the final goal of the game with a smart finish from an indirect free kick inside the area, but admitted he wasn't as sharp behind the wheel!

Suso showed his teammates a clean pair of heels.

John told HeartsTV exclusively: "Personally I was hopeless! I wasn't quite the worst, but I was certainly down there - I was using my indicators and all sorts - I wasn't very good!"

The Spaniard was the fastest player on four wheels.

Suso came off the bench against Danny Lennon's side to make his first appearance since coming on at White Hart Lane, and the Spaniard showed no rustiness - on the pitch or the track!

Sutts continued: "Suso was really good at it. I think he must have done a bit of joyriding when he was younger!

The Jambos are on the right track.

"A few of the lads suggested he's maybe taken the wrong career option! He was very good around the track - funnily enough the three smallest guys in the squad were the top three drivers."
