Hearts have today (Tuesday 24th August) announced an exciting new project that aims to help supporters become more active, shed a few pounds and improve their general health.

Football Fans In Training (FFIT) is being launched nationwide across every club in the Clydesdale Bank Premier League this September, and will kick off at Tynecastle Stadium on Wednesday 22nd September 2010.

Out of condition? Got a bit of a belly? Need some help to get in shape? Why not come to Tynecastle Stadium and train with Heart of Midlothian Coaches for free?

The initiative is aimed at men, aged 35-65 years who want to learn how to get fit, lose weight and become healthier.

Supporters will become part of the club for twelve weeks, be issued with official help Hearts training kit and work with our football and health coaches one evening per week.

The course will also feature guest appearances from both current and former players.

Participation is completely FREE!
