A message from club captain Christophe Berra:

On behalf of the team, I am delighted at the proposed plans to redevelop the Main Stand at Tynecastle.

There is something very special about playing in front of a packed Tynecastle.

The thought of a capacity 23,000 fans is one that makes us all realise that Hearts is on the way up. It is something that I am immensely proud of and certainly something that I and the players want to be part of.

Tynecastle is a unique ground - it is our ground - and by working together as players and supporters it is sure to continue to be the backdrop to some of our greatest moments in the years ahead.
